ld46

a small game i made using godot

i made it because i was inspired to follow the theme of ludum dare 46, thus the name ld46.

the theme was "keep it alive", so you play a human with a sword trying to survive for as long as possible.

the game is not very pretty, and features programmer art. :)

i found myself interested in using the physics engine in godot to make an interesting sword swinging and damage model.

i didn't actually submit it in ludum dare, as i was more interested in deploying it on the web myself. ;)

(note: the web version seems to have degraded in performance since i first tested and published it, you might want to download a version instead, it will probably perform better)

controls:
wasd to move. shift to 'dodge' small distances. click to swing.
